The authors demonstrate comparative techniques of laparoscopic excision of type I and type II endometriomas. Their surgical approach includes the use of hydrodissection, the injection of dilute vasopressin with a laparoscopic needle, ovarian cystectomy stripping technique, use of electrocautery, plasma energy, or laser ablation when appropriate, and removal of the specimen using an endobag.
