What to Ask Patients Thinking Of Pregnancy

When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned?

Are your gums red and puffy?

Do your gums bleed when you brush and floss?

Are any of your teeth loose? Have you noticed any new spaces?

Have you noticed a change in your bite?

Have you noticed a bad taste in your mouth?

Do you have bad breath or been told you have bad breath?

Do you have any relatives who have had gum disease?
